I've been making this smoothie a lot these days so I thought I would share it. But today I decided to do something new and add cashews and omg, I didn't even add a lot of cashews but it tasted so good! I also read that cashews have health benefits, like antioxidants, low in triglycerides (the bad fat), good for your heart, bones, blood vessels... etc. I got this form this article.
